Our Advanced Dentistry Services

Crowns
Crowns are placed over teeth that have been broken or are likely to break to protect them from further damage and breakage. This is an option for teeth with deep cavities or for teeth damaged by grinding. We make our crowns out of high-strength porcelain over a gold alloy, all-ceramic material, or gold.

Dentures
Dentures replace teeth that have come loose or have been lost due to bone loss around the roots. We offer full dentures and partial dentures to allow you to talk and eat normally. Dentures can fit over or around remaining teeth.

Implants
Dental implants are an effective way to replace a missing tooth to prevent your remaining teeth from shifting out of place. We place a small titanium shaft into the bone, allowing the bone to grow around it. Then we attach a replacement tooth to the shaft. This is more effective than dental bridges that depend on the surrounding teeth for support.

Implants can be used to support implant bridges as an alternative to partial dentures. It feels more natural than dentures, slows bone loss, and they do not have to be removed while sleeping. We also offer mini-dental implants to stabilize lower dentures.

Root Canal
When a cavity reaches the pulp of your tooth, it can infect the pulp and damage the nerve. If left untreated, it can reach the surrounding bone and cause an abscess, which can be painful and dangerous. This infection can even weaken your immune system.

Root canal therapy or endodontic therapy cleans out the infected pulp, disinfects the canals of your tooth, and fills in the canal to prevent further infection. We usually place a core build-up and crown over the affected tooth to restore its function and protect against further damage.

Bridges
Bridges are a good option for filling the gap in your teeth caused by a missing tooth. A cosmetic crown made of gold alloy, porcelain bonded to a metal alloy, or all ceramic material is placed in the gap and supported by the adjacent teeth. This keeps your remaining teeth from shifting into the gap and causing a number of issues with your teeth, gums, and jaw.

TMJ
Problems with your temporal-mandibular joint (TMJ) can be caused by teeth misalignment, trauma, or excess muscle tension. This can cause headaches, earaches, problems opening or closing your mouth, clicking or popping in your jaw, pain in your jaw muscles, and facial soreness.

There are a number of treatments for TMJ pain, such as replacing missing teeth, moving teeth, and filling gaps between teeth. We can also provide you with a customized plastic mouthpiece to prevent clenching or grinding your teeth, a common cause of TMJ problems. You may also need surgery for extreme conditions and problems.
